Default One quick question

Hi All I am busy getting ready for the Last BWE and have a quick question.

How do you whisper sombody if you do not know where they are.? For example. I am a guild Leader and I want to party up with a person before inviteing him into the guild. Lets call the person "New Member" I know New Member's Player name and want to send a whisper to him. Now in the past I just clicked on his name in town But what if his is not in town. Is there a way to just type his/hers name in the chat window and send a whisper to him/her. This would help a lot as I have a couple of new members to recriut this BWE and need a way to contact them in game.

Thanks

Ren
